Biters

Show was a lot of fun. I got to Wicker Park pretty early so I got a sixer and walked around drinking it just like old times. I snuck into The Biter's soundcheck but got kicked out haha. When they actually played it was great. Hearing "Hangaround" and "Beat me Baby" live was the best show experience I've had in a long time. Wish I woulda seen Allison, Jim and any other Hardcore kids. I did run into Ryan Lowery was he was record shopping and we shot the shit for a few minutes. THis was the type of show where you can forget about all the problems in your life and just rock out and have fun, believe me I needed something like this. Scored a sweet "all chewed up" shirt too.

Going to see The Biters tonight.....

.....so fucking stoked! They're on tour with this mod-soul band called The Booze who I want to check out as well, won't be sticking around for Deals Gone Bad though....don't want to hang around a bunch of drunk fresh cuts attempting to skank it up to 3rd rate skinhead reggae.

Anyone in Chicago interested in hitting this up, it's at Subterranean in Wicker Park, doors at 9, show at 9:30. Tickets are like 10 bucks at the door or 15 something if you order online off Ticketweb.
